Repair

Our aim is to set up a repair solution for all the products we sell. Today, all our textile products, rucksacks and sleeping bags can be repaired in our in-house workshop in Annecy (France) where Valérie and her team take care of any product returns to the after-sales service (under guarantee) or simply repair a product to extend its life (out of guarantee and at the best price).
