Our aim is to set up a repair solution for all the products we sell.
Today, all our textile products, rucksacks and sleeping bags can be repaired in our in-house workshop in Annecy (France) where Valérie and her team take care of any product returns to the after-sales service (under guarantee) or simply repair a product to extend its life (out of guarantee and at the best price).

To mark the launch of the free repair for life scheme, Lafuma welcomed the French TV France 3 for a report on the topic of reparation, which highlights initiatives aimed at repairing used sports equipment. An economical and eco-responsible solution that is winning over more and more consumers. A big thank you to Julie, the workshop team and Bénédicte, who brilliantly conveyed the brand's message 🙏
"Often all it takes is a few stitches on the armhole of a jacket or darning small details. Backpacks often have to be darned for a small zip or snag. Sometimes you'll have press studs that rip off when you open and close them".
