This pioneering commitment is part of a global approach, from our eco-designed products to our actions on the field, via our active and committed communities.
We've been doing this for decades, with a view to reducing the impact of our activities on people and the environment.
And we want to look to the future.
To this end, we are carrying out an annual carbon audit since 2019. We have also put in place a climate strategy from 2021 to have a precise target for reducing the carbon emissions generated by our activities. This is our priority indicator and the one that motivates most of our CSR projects.
Our vision : being a company that minimises its negative impacts while maximising its positive contribution to society and the planet.

Environmental responsibility
Neither militant nor opportunistic, we have had a sincere, long-term commitment to environmental protection for over 20 years.
Our teams are committed to a global approach to sustainable development and eco-design right from the product design stage.
Our environmental charter applies to our suppliers, subcontractors and our own production sites.
We encourage our employees to use soft mobility and car-sharing for their daily home/work journeys.
Societal responsibility
With our Lafuma brand, we take part in the "Responsible Mountain" operation on the theme of collecting waste in the mountains, which takes place every year in September.
We support the "82-4000" association, which promotes access to mountain sports for young people who do not have the means, through our Millet brand, which supplies them with equipment.
We ensure that our ethical and social charter is respected by all our partners.
Social responsibility
We implement a non-discrimination policy, both in recruitment and in the management of our employees and their career development.
Because different people bring richness and creativity to the company, we are committed to encouraging diversity and equal opportunities within our teams.
Through our training policy, we seek to develop the skills of our employees in their current or future roles, and encourage internal mobility.
