We are looking for a store manager for our shop in Zermatt. As a Millet® store manager, we want you to embody our values by achieving sales and business growth targets, whilst delivering outstanding customer service. We are counting on you to deliver a comprehensive brand experience to our customers, develop the team’s potential and oversee all shop operations to achieve the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency. The role at MMG includes specific training in product knowledge and sales techniques, as well as day-to-day support. Your role as shop manager will be vital to the shop’s day-to-day success.

👩🧑 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- a mountain and outdoor enthusiast

- a team player with a positive and proactive attitude

- excellent organisational skills, problem-solving ability and attention to detail

- at least 2 to 3 years’ retail experience in the sports and lifestyle sector

- flexibility and availability to work full-time

- strong communication skills and a keen sense of customer service

- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, as well as a good command of the main MS Office programmes (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) round off the profile.
